About Edna's Bench

Nominated for a 2011 BAFTA Cymru Award (Best Short Form).

A man has a bench erected in memory of his doting wife, only to have it vandalised by a school boy within days. Little does he know of how this seemingly senseless act will bring the two of them together...

Written by Rebekah Harrison and directed by Luke Andrews, this short film was made as part of the annual It's My Shout TV training scheme. The film was broadcast on BBC 2 Wales in November 2010
